Information you provide

When you call, text, email, request a callback, or book, Clearly Refined may receive your name, contact details, vehicle information, ZIP code, appointment preferences, service address, and message content.

Booking and automated assistance

Online scheduling is provided through Cal.com. Phone calls may be answered by an automated booking assistant when Axel is unavailable. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Website analytics and advertising measurement

Clearly Refined uses Google Tag Manager to manage optional website measurement technologies. When enabled with your consent, these tools may collect page visits, approximate location, device and browser information, referral sources, interactions with website buttons, and booking-related events. We use this information to understand website performance, improve the customer experience, and measure advertising results.

You can accept or reject optional analytics through the privacy notice. You can reopen those controls at any time by selecting “Privacy choices” in the website footer. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, or message contents to website analytics tools.
